  Avoid this place if possible. Brought my phone in Jan 4 for a new battery. Was told it would be there in a week. After 2 weeks of nothing called and was told the battery was ordered 3 days prior to my call. It took them 12 days to place an order??? Was told it would be in the following week as it only takes 5-8 days to receive. Two weeks later I called back, after hearing nothing. Employees could not explain why my battery was still not there but kept saying it would only take 5-8 days after ordering to get it in and then they would call me. Complete disconnect with this concept called time. Finally got a call this past week - made an appointment which is apparently useless as it took 2 hours for a 15 minute replacement. Thanks Apple you helped me make up my mind - my next phone is the Google Pixel.
