  Very disappointed..... Wanted a cleaning and needed a new part for my vacuum. They had it for two weeks and nothing had been done. They gave me a loaner vacuum and it did not work well also smelled like it was burning and left a black mark on my white rug. When I came to try and work things out the lady there was extremely rude and just said '' good luck finding somewhere else to go." I'm really shocked at this kind of below the belt customer service. Sad.
