  Ashley the receptionist was super helpful and friendly getting me connected quickly to the right person. Then Tim and Brian came and were true professionals in fixing my sprinkler issues and informing me of how I could save time and effort on future work. I'm having them back in a month to install a new timing system. Kudos to them all!

  As a Commercial Property Manager, I worked with All Terrain Landscaping for the past summer and winter season. Though initially, they were professional, the faults started to come through in their efforts to maintain our irrigation system. Initially they completed work without our approval, and charged us without our knowledge of repairs. When I called to speak to our representative, I didn't get returned phone calls. I then called again to speak to the ownership, and still no returned calls.
  And at this point, these invoices have never been addressed.
  
  The other issue came about when bidding to replace a sprinkler clock. They had increased the retail costs of this replacement clock by more than 300%. When I questioned the cost of this, they told me that their prices "are what they are, and if I didn't like it, I didn't have to use them." So I had our own maintenance department replace the clock.
  
  All Terrain provided reasonable landscape maintenance, and snowremoval services. But if something comes up, they're lackluster communication leaves the customer helpless.
  
  One more thing, their sales guy Able is a piece of work. Clearly a commission guy, Able has only tried to create arguments for his own pleasure.
  
  I have managed Commercial Shopping Centers for 18 years, and currently manage 26 properties around the Denver Metro areas. There are much better companies that put customer's needs first. In this case, as quoted by Able, "we're not going to do snow removal for you if you don't allow us to be your landscaping company next year." Save yourself the hassle, All Terrain is too busy for new customers.
